For several years, Alondra dated rapper Tre Carter; the pair got engaged before Alondra broke off the relationship, after learning Tre had been unfaithful.

The star said she had been nervous to film the video. “For weeks and weeks I’ve been crying, I haven’t been eating. Everything hit me hard,” she said in the video. She said she wanted to speak out about the split so that she could move on.
The rapper later took to social media to apologize to his fans, many of whom looked up to the couple.
